At  “Locals Tasting Room” in Geyserville I sampled William Gordon 2011 Petite Sirah.  Only 375 cases of this made of this incredible wine.  It has such a smokey taste to it that you think you are at an oak BBQ!  Sofie and I purchased two bottles.

I have not visited their winery in Cloverdale – but on the weight of this amazing Sirah – I will be driving up there to see what other offerings they have.  The discounted price was $30 a bottle – and the quality is comparable to a $90 bottle of Sirah.

William Gordon Winery is fantastic! This truly is a hidden gem of a winery! I highly recommend you setup a private tasting with Bill to experience the fantastic wines he is creating. The tasting room is a very comfortable and welcoming room. Cheers!

A rare combination of excellent reasonably priced wines, a nice property, and very information and gracious owner who gave us a tour of his winery. Bill is very accommodating–we called and scheduled an appointment an hour later and had a great experience–and left with several bottles of great wine–highly recommended!

Happy Thanksgiving! We celebrated early with homemade pizzas and private tour of #WilliamGordonWinery.

Harvest of our Petite Sirah grapes today, enough for 370+ cases. It is currently in the stainless steel tank. Lots of work for our winemaker, Bill Pesonen with some help from Mark. Get ready for another great year.

We want to tell all our friends about the wonderful Platinum Partners making #AVFF2018 a possibility. A special shout-out to #WilliamGordonWinery for sharing their award-winning wines with film fans across #NorthernSonomaCounty!
